Walnut paste - Joyoung by Lacey

Walnut Paste 合桃糊

Improves brain function, sleep quality, blood regulation and prevents constipation

Ingredients...
Walnut 75gm
Red Rock Sugar 40-45gm
Water 500ml
Peanuts 1tbsp (baked)
Soymilk or Evaporated Milk 50 ml
Rice 1tbsp (soak for 2 hrs)


Method
1. Put walnut into the boiling water to boil for a while, discard the skin and drain dry
2. Bake at 150ºC for 20minutes till golden
3. Place (2) walnuts, water, peanut and rice into Joyoung soymilk maker,cover the lid, turn on the power, and select “Rice Paste” button. The machine will beep when it is done.
4. Lastly, add rock sugar and evaporated milk, stir till sugar dissolved.

合桃糊
(补脑补气, 改善失眠, 动脉硬化和便秘)
材料
合桃 75克
红冰糖 40-45克
水 500毫升
烘香花生 1汤匙
花奶或纯豆浆 50毫升
白米 1汤匙(浸泡2小时)
做法
1. 合桃先用滚水滚一滚,去胶质,隔干。
2. 然后放入预热烘炉150ºC打风烤20分钟至金黄色。
3.将(2)合桃,水,花生,白米放入九阳豆浆机,按下“Rice Paste”键, 煮至豆浆机提示米糊做好。
4. 最后加入冰糖,花奶搅至糖溶。
